Gary Ray, a partner with Ottone Leach & Ray LLP, has more than 25 years’ experience working with hospitals, medical groups, and ancillary healthcare facilities and providers. Mr. Ray holds a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, an M.B.A. with honors in finance from The Anderson School at UCLA, and a B.A. with honors in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He also studied comparative political systems at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, England.
Mr. Ray specializes in healthcare law and public entity representation and has experience in Brown Act compliance, public entity contracting, performance and payment bonds and public financing compliance issues. He represents several California healthcare districts and medical groups, as well as independent physicians and other healthcare providers. Mr. Ray also represents clients in the areas of corporate organization, partnerships, limited liability companies, general business transactions, real estate and intellectual property.
Mr. Ray is a member of the State Bar of California, the Monterey County Bar Association and the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Salinas Valley program and serves on the board of trustees of York School.
